Location:

Dallas, TX. Pay Rate: $19.50 – $20.00 per hour.

Schedule:

1st Shift | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM | Monday – Friday.

Looking for Mechanical Assembler jobs in Dallas where craftsmanship and precision come together? This opportunity lets you assemble quality products using hand tools, mechanical skills, and detailed work instructions while helping keep production running efficiently in the factory.

Requirements
  • 6+ months of experience in assembly, manufacturing, production, warehouse, or related environments
  • Electronic, mechanical, or switch gear assembly experience preferred
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and experience using hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices
  • Ability to read blueprints, diagrams, technical drawings, and work instructions
  • Basic computer skills and ability to perform detailed visual inspections
  • Strong attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork skills
  • Manual dexterity for precision assembly work and repetitive tasks
  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. for larger production assemblies
  • Ability to sit, stand, bend, and perform detailed visual inspections, including color recognition
Job Duties
  • Assemble electrical and mechanical components using blueprints, schematics, work instructions, and assembly drawings
  • Install, crimp, bolt, solder, and secure parts within cabinets, racks, and panels
  • Perform quality inspections and testing to ensure products meet manufacturing specifications
  • Verify materials and components before starting each assembly project
  • Support production goals by completing assemblies accurately and efficiently
  • Assist with repairs, troubleshooting, maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Communicate quality, safety, and production concerns to supervisors and engineering teams
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and manufacturing work area
