Computer Numerical Control Programmer

This is not an entry-level or learn-to-program position
.

We are looking for an experienced CNC Mill Programmer who can independently take complex parts from print/model to production-ready programs.

GibbsCAM experience is preferred, but not required. Experienced programmers using Mastercam, NX, Esprit, Fusion 360, or other professional CAM software are encouraged to apply. You must already have strong CAM and machining fundamentals and be able to transition to GibbsCAM with minimal training.

All programming is performed offline using CAM software
. Control-side or conversational-only programming experience is not a fit.

• Program new, low-volume precision parts
• Program 3-axis, 3+2, and 5-axis CNC mills
• Develop complete machining strategies, including tooling and work holding
• Read complex drawings and apply GD&T
• Post, verify, and release production-ready programs
• Support setups and troubleshoot machining issues
• Work independently with minimal supervision

• 3-5+ years CNC mill programming experience
• Professional experience with GibbsCAM or another major offline CAM system
• Ability to independently program parts from print/model to production
• Strong knowledge of tooling, work holding, speeds/feeds, and machining strategy
• Experience with tight-tolerance precision components
• Strong understanding of GD&T

Monday-Friday, 5:00 a.m.

- 1:30 p.m.

Occasional Saturday half-days and overtime as required.
