We are seeking a skilled CNC Mill Machinist proficient in operating 3 and 5 axis machines. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in CNC operations and a dedication to precision and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Operate and manage CNC mill machines, including 3 and 5 axis setups.
- Ensure precision in machining parts by adhering to specifications.
- Maintain equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CNC operations.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in CNC operations, particularly CNC mill machines.
- 3-5 years of experience in CNC machining.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with companies such as Owens Machine and Tool, Icon Machine, Precinmac, Applegate, or Decatur Machining is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Job Type & Location
This is a permanent position based out of Dallas, TX.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $90000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. DP, dental, medical, vision, 401k, just redid benefits, performance reviews yearly for pay increases, potential bonuses.
