Hours:
M-F 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- Support FATP (Final Assembly, Test, and Pack) production operations by conducting technical training for technicians and production personnel.
- Develop and maintain training materials, work instructions, SOPs, and certification records for manufacturing processes and equipment operation.
- Train employees on assembly processes, testing procedures, ESD requirements, safety standards, and manufacturing best practices.
- Conduct new hire onboarding training and skill certification programs for production technicians.
- Evaluate technician skill levels and provide coaching to improve technical performance and manufacturing quality.
- Work closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and HR teams to support workforce development and production readiness.
- Support NPI builds, production ramp activities, and process changes by providing updated training and operator guidance.
- Monitor training effectiveness and assist in continuous improvement initiatives related to production performance and operator skill development.
- Maintain training records and ensure compliance with company and customer requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering OR an Associate degree, technical certification, or equivalent experience in Electronics, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
- Experience:
3–5 years of experience in an electronics manufacturing or FATP production environment. - Proven experience training technicians or production operators in manufacturing processes and equipment operation.
- Familiarity with assembly, test, packaging, and manufacturing workflows in electronics production.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create and maintain training documents, SOPs, and instructional materials.
- Good understanding of ESD, safety procedures, and manufacturing quality requirements.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in an EMS or high-volume manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement concepts is preferred.
- Experience supporting NPI builds and production ramp-up activities is a plus.
- Basic understanding of production metrics, yield improvement, and operator performance evaluation is preferred.
- Ability to work in fast-paced manufacturing environments and support multiple training priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
