Atkore International in Dallas seeks a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead daily operations on-site. You will drive Lean Daily Management, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time production. This role focuses on improving SQDC metrics while mentoring direct reports.
Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of supervisory manufacturing experience, a Lean/WCM background, and the ability to adapt to changing production needs. Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
