Maintenance Technician
The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of food manufacturing lines and performing preventive maintenance tasks. This role involves hands-on work with production equipment, utilizing hand tools such as wrenches and screwdrivers to fix and adjust machinery.

Work EnvironmentJoin a dedicated maintenance team of 15 within a plant that employs over 200 production workers. The first shift begins at 6:00 AM, typically ending around 3:30 PM, but flexibility for longer hours is required. The workweek is Monday through Friday, with frequent Saturday and Sunday shifts during busy seasons. Steel toe footwear is mandatory. The company is family-owned and has a legacy of over 75 years.

This is a Permanent position based out of Dallas, TX.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $66560.00 - $81120.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
