Industrial Electric Motor Winder​/Coil Winder

We are hiring experienced Electric Motor Winders / Motor Rewind Technicians in the Dallas-Fort Worth area who are willing to relocate to Corpus Christi, Texas
.

• Up to $3,000 relocation reimbursement
• $1,950 housing assistance
• $1,000 Day 1 sign-on bonus
• $1,500 after 90 days
• $1,500 after 180 days

• Wind and rewind AC/DC industrial electric motors and generators
• Rewind stators, armatures, wound rotors, field coils, form coils, and random windings
• Strip motors and accurately record winding data and dimensions
• Cut, form, wind, and install copper coils
• Install insulation, wedges, leads, and connections
• Perform copper brazing and silver soldering
• Disassemble, inspect, repair, and reassemble electric motors
• Perform Megger, Hi-Pot, surge, and insulation-resistance testing
• Work with VPI, varnish, burnout/bake processes, and winding equipment
• Read blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, and winding specifications

Minimum 3 years of hands-on industrial electric motor winding/rewinding experience required. Candidates should have experience in an electric motor repair shop, rewind shop, electromechanical repair facility, or rotating-equipment service center

Must be willing to relocate to Corpus Christi, TX.

General manufacturing, steel coil, yarn winding, or transformer-only experience does not meet the experience requirement.
