Associate Production Supervisor - Paint Line (Direct Hire)
Location:
Dallas, TX
Pay: $65,000 - $80,000 annually
Shift: 1st Shift | 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM
We are seeking an Associate Production Supervisor - Paint Line to lead daily manufacturing operations in a fast-paced production environment. This role is responsible for driving productivity, ensuring quality standards, supporting team performance, and maintaining safe operations while meeting production goals.
Job Duties- Lead daily paint-line production activities to achieve quality, delivery, and efficiency targets
- Supervise, coach, and support production team members
- Monitor operational performance and implement process improvements
- Troubleshoot production issues and collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams
- Coordinate production schedules based on materials, equipment, and customer demand
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and training requirements
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and reduce downtime
- 2+ years of manufacturing or production experience
- Experience in electrostatic painting, E-coat systems, conveyor systems, or similar finishing processes required
- Prior leadership, team lead, or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Basic technical and operational knowledge within a manufacturing environment
- Ability to work 1st shift schedule
