About the Job

As a PPC Specialist at Youtech, you will be responsible for managing and executing multiple ad campaigns. This includes tasks such as keyword research, account setup, campaign configuration, and implementation. You should have experience with Google and Bing’s services, including Google’s Keyword Tool, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Search Console. You will be expected to deploy an effective local and long‑tail search strategy and perform post‑campaign analysis to determine performance and ROI.

Additionally, you will provide regular reporting on client search performance to the Project Manager and continuously optimize keyword lists, ad copy, and landing pages. Your role will also involve developing an innovative paid search plan for incoming clients and working with all aspects of Google Ads, including automation, conversion tracking, callouts, e‑commerce, and bidding optimization.

Minimum Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, or managing PPC accounts, including search network and display network campaigns.
  • Google Ads Certificate (Required)
  • Google Analytics Certificate (Required)
  • Consistently exceeded goals in previous roles.
  • Expertise in communication via phone, email, webinars, and face‑to‑face interactions.
  • Demonstrated hustle and determination.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new situations in an ever‑changing industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree required (Preferably in Marketing, Business, or Communication).
  • Advanced experience in budgeting and optimizing PPC campaigns.
  • Positive, confident, and energetic “can‑do” attitude.
