- Write, edit, and publish compelling content for the company intranet, texting platform, email newsletters, and other internal communication channels.
- Manage and support TD’s milestone anniversaries program, ensuring employees feel valued and celebrated for their contributions.
- Identify and share employee stories that highlight TDIndustries’ culture, achievements, and impact through internal and external communications.
- Collaborate with PRG leaders to develop communication strategies and content that enhance participation and engagement.
- Support and promote company-wide community involvement initiatives, corporate social responsibility efforts, and volunteer opportunities.
- Assist in planning, promoting, and executing internal events that foster team spirit and reinforce TD’s values.
- Partner with HR, leadership, and marketing teams to align messaging with business goals and employee engagement strategies.
- Perform other duties as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or employee engagement.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a strong ability to convey messages effectively.
- Experience managing intranet content, email newsletters, and corporate communication platforms.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build relationships across all levels of an organization.
- Passion for fostering a positive workplace culture and driving employee engagement.
- Experience in the construction, mechanical, or plumbing industry preferred.
- Familiarity with employee engagement software and internal communications tools preferred.
- Knowledge of event planning and execution preferred.
- Experience working with employee resource groups or corporate volunteer programs preferred.
