The Content Manager oversees category-level product content on CES websites and works closely with the Digital Content Specialists to ensure accuracy, completeness, and optimization. Reporting to the Digital Content Manager, this role is responsible for managing content categories, guiding day‑to‑day updates, and driving projects that improve product discoverability and website performance. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in digital content and e-commerce workflows.
EssentialJob Functions
- Manage product categories across CES websites, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Guide and informally lead Content Specialists, providing mentorship and workflow direction.
- Oversee category‑level content projects, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with Digital Content Manager, Commercial, Marketing, and Data teams to prioritize content initiatives.
- Maintain and optimize product images, descriptions, specifications, and attributes in CMS platforms.
- Follow content standards, SEO guidelines, and governance best practices.
- Monitor category content performance using analytics tools and recommend improvements.
- Support cross-functional projects related to website content, digital merchandising, and product discoverability.
- Maintain documentation, workflows, and standards for category content updates.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in digital content, e‑commerce, or related fields.
- Experience managing projects, guiding teams, or mentoring Specialists preferred.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms, SEO/SEM, product data management, and digital merchandising.
- Strong organizational, project management, and execution skills.
- Knowledge of digital content best practices, e‑commerce platforms, and category management.
- Ability to guide and mentor team members informally.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Excel, Power BI, and other Microsoft Office products.
