Purpose Of JobThe Channel Marketing Coordinator is a critical executional partner to the Channel Marketing Team, ensuring the successful delivery of marketing initiatives across all National Accounts. This role is essential to maintaining momentum, driving operational excellence, and enabling the team to effectively support the growth of existing national accounts while launching new ones. By owning day-to-day project execution and cross-functional coordination, the Channel Marketing Coordinator helps ensure initiatives move forward efficiently, accurately, and on time.

- Support the Channel Marketing team in the development and execution of marketing strategies aligned to specific channel and customer requirements, contributing to growth and new account acquisition.
- Provide thoughtful input, actionable insights, and marketing recommendations that support broader sales growth objectives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between Channel Marketing and internal creative resources, as well as external agency partners, ensuring clear communication, timelines, and deliverables.
- Own the end-to-end management of battery label creation, implementation, and execution for all current and new National Account customers.
- Manage the end-to-end development and execution of application guides for all current and new National Account customers.
- Coordinate National Account trade show support, including pre-show planning, logistics, asset coordination, and on-site material readiness.
- Lead defined project work streams for specific accounts to provide flexible executional support and ensure priority initiatives stay on track.
- Take ownership of a select group of smaller National Account customers to support training, development, and hands-on experience within Channel Marketing.
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university required.
- Minimum 2+ years of shopper marketing, brand activation, brand marketing, or advertising agency experience.

Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook). - Team oriented attitude and approach to responsibilities.
- High sense of urgency.
- Accountable for maintaining timelines and agency deliverables to prevent cost overruns or inefficiencies.
- Serves as the primary executional point of contact between Channel Marketing, Sales partners, NAC customers, internal creative teams, and external agencies.
- Operates within a matrixed environment requiring influence, coordination, and alignment across functions including day-to-day project leadership.
- Prepares materials for final approval by Channel Marketing leadership or designated approvers; no final approval authority.
