We’re seeking a Senior Digital Content Manager who can bring our mission to life through high-quality, engaging content across multiple digital platforms.

The Position

The Senior Digital Content Manager will be responsible for planning and producing compelling, informative, and highly engaging content that shapes and supports Neora’s brand voice, content strategy, and marketing objectives. This role requires a strong writer who understands SEO/GEO, social content, digital storytelling, and how to create content that drives both engagement and conversion.

  • Writes persuasive, high-converting copy for social media, landing pages, email, and web content.
  • Understands direct sales audiences, customer journeys, and digital psychology.
  • Can translate brand voice into content that drives leads, conversions, and community growth.

Specific Accountabilities/Essential Functions of Position

Social Media Copywriting
  • Write short- and long-form content for Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, and Linked In.
  • Create hooks, captions, stories, and scripts designed for scroll-stopping engagement.
  • Adapt copy into multiple formats (carousel, reel script, long-form post, story sequence).
Website & Landing Page Copy
  • Write high-converting homepage, sales pages, product descriptions, and opt-in pages.
  • Optimize messaging for both SEO and conversions.
  • Understand layout, flow, and readability best practices.
Email Marketing
  • Write nurture sequences, sales sequences, and broadcast emails.
  • Improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates through strong messaging.
  • Use storytelling + direct response frameworks.
Brand Messaging & Voice
  • Maintain and evolve a strong, consistent brand voice.
  • Translate strategic positioning into clear, compelling language.
  • Develop taglines, value propositions, and product messaging.
Performance & Optimization
  • Analyze engagement and conversion data to refine copy.
  • Test variations of headlines, hooks, and CTAs.
  • Collaborate with marketing teammates to improve the full funnel.
  • Conduct research to ensure accuracy and credibility of content, especially in wellness, beauty, and lifestyle categories.
  • Assist in content planning, topic development, and editorial calendar execution.
  • Stay current with industry trends, digital best practices, and competitor content strategies.

Job Qualifications

  • 4-7 years of experience in managing digital content as well as a contributor.
  • Strong knowledge of AI writing tools and digital content workflows.
  • Strong portfolio of published digital content (blogs, articles, website pages, etc.).
  • Proven experience writing sales-focused content.
  • Fluency in direct response psychology.
  • Excellent written communication, grammar, and storytelling skills.
  • Understands best practices for IG, Tik Tok, FB, and web copy.
  • Experience writing for wellness, beauty, lifestyle (direct-sales industries is a plus).
  • Solid understanding of SEO, keyword research, and on-page optimization.
  • Ability to translate complex product or scientific information into consumer-friendly language.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines.
  • Managing direct reports.
