Social Media Coordinator:
Content strategist & creator for 3 social media accounts
We’re looking for a high-energy, wildly organized Social Media Coordinator to lead the social media strategy for two of our brands:
Favor the Kind, ROAM Fine Goods, plus our internal company Instagram account. This role blends brand strategy, content planning, and hands‑on creation—ideal for someone who is equal parts creative visionary and get‑it‑done machine.
This person will manage the social calendar, generate content daily, show up as a brand ambassador, and collaborate across teams to keep Joyville’s storytelling authentic, joyful, and aligned.

- Comfortable juggling multiple brands and tailoring content to each voice
- Passionate about small business, retail, community, and creativity
- Build and manage monthly content calendars for both brands
- Maintain a clear strategy aligned with brand pillars and business goals
- Stay ahead of trends, social updates, and best practices
- Plan campaigns, launches, and weekly content themes
- Ensure brand voice and tone are consistent across platforms
- Film, photograph, and edit daily content
- Create Reels, Tik Toks, Stories, in‑feed posts, and UGC‑style moments
- Capture in‑store happenings, new arrivals, events, and community stories
- Work with the team to produce fun, spontaneous content (Joyville style!)
- Execute brand storytelling that feels natural, joyful, and on trend
- Show up as a brand ambassador online and occasionally in‑store
- Respond to comments/messages in our brand voice
- Nurture online community and increase engagement
- Share insights, trends, and performance metrics with leadership
- Own the weekly posting schedule and keep all content on track
- Organize content shoots and asset libraries
- Partner with store teams to plan and execute content
- Remain flexible and proactive—retail moves fast, and so do we
- 2+ years in social media, marketing, or content creation
- Strong understanding of Instagram + Tik Tok best practices
- Proficiency in mobile editing apps (Cap Cut, InShot, Lightroom, etc.)
- Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills
- Retail or fashion experience preferred but not required
