The Company is in search of a visionary and results-driven VP of Marketing to lead the next phase of its growth. The successful candidate will be tasked with unifying the sales, marketing, and customer success teams under a cohesive go-to-market strategy, with a focus on accelerating market share, securing new business, and expanding relationships with key enterprise clients. This pivotal role requires the development and execution of a comprehensive marketing strategy, driving the entire marketing cycle, and identifying new market opportunities and strategic partnerships.

The VP of Marketing will also be responsible for optimizing the customer lifecycle, building a high-performing, data-driven marketing organization, and acting as a key external representative to strengthen brand presence. The ideal candidate for the VP of Marketing position at the company is a strategic leader with a proven ability to develop and execute multi-year marketing strategies that drive significant growth.

They should be a team builder, skilled at recruiting, developing, and inspiring high-performing teams, and be results-oriented with a strong focus on exceeding marketing targets in a competitive B2B environment. Extensive experience in the CPG, food and beverage, or retail sales industries is essential, and a successful history of leading and scaling marketing teams in parallel sectors such as consumer goods, hospitality, or distribution will also be considered.
