The Account Executive (AE) plays a key role in supporting the Kubota account by leading the intake, coordination, and execution of creative and marketing initiatives within a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment. Working closely with senior account leadership, senior project management, media planning, and creative teams, the AE helps translate strategic direction into structured workflows that drive efficient creative development and execution.
This role focuses on owning and managing creative intake, process execution, and cross‑disciplinary coordination. The Account Executive is expected to operate with greater independence and judgment than an Account Coordinator, proactively managing details, anticipating needs, and ensuring work moves forward smoothly across teams.
The ideal candidate brings approximately 1.5-2 years of relevant experience, strong critical‑thinking skills, and the ability to translate direction into clear, actionable workflows that guide media planning, project management, and creative teams.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Intake & Execution Leadership
* Own intake and coordination of creative requests and initiatives across the Kubota account
* Partner with senior account leadership to understand objectives, priorities, scope, and timing
* Translate strategic direction into clear workflows, documentation, and next steps for:
* Project Management
* Media Planning
* Creative teams
* Lead day‑to‑day coordination of creative development, ensuring alignment and momentum
* Track creative status, dependencies, approvals, and deliverables through completion
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
* Work closely with Account Directors, Senior Account Executives, and Senior Project Managers to support execution
* Serve as a primary day‑to‑day liaison across account, media, project management, and creative teams
* Support development and refinement of media planning decks and presentation materials in collaboration with senior account leadership
* Ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency of information shared across teams
Communication & Documentation
* Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills with internal stakeholders
* Accurately capture and document direction, feedback, and decisions
* Maintain organized trackers, documentation, and workflow tools to support execution
* Proactively identify risks, gaps, or misalignment and help drive resolution
Process Ownership & Quality Control
* Apply a process‑driven mindset to improve efficiency, consistency, and clarity
* Independently manage multiple work streams in a high‑volume environment
* Maintain a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail across all deliverables
* Identify opportunities to refine workflows and collaborate with leadership on improvements
What Makes Someone Successful in This Role
* Approximately 1.5-2 years of experience in account services, project coordination, or a related role
* Comfortable operating independently while collaborating closely with senior team members
* Strong critical‑thinking and problem‑solving skills
* Exceptional organization, prioritization, and attention to detail
* Ability to take direction and translate it into clear processes and workflows
* Collaborative, proactive, and calm under pressure in a fast‑paced environment
* Uphold our agency values:
Humanity, Diversity, Integrity, Curiosity and Tenacity
Interview Expectations
Candidates should be prepared to demonstrate real examples of:
* Managing multiple creative work streams simultaneously
* Translating strategic or senior‑level direction into actionable workflows
* Collaborating across account, media, project management, and creative teams
* Applying judgment, attention to detail, and process thinking in complex environments
