Part-Time Graphic Designer & Marketing Coordinator

We are is seeking a Part-Time Graphic Designer & Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing team with design, production, and coordination tasks. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both creative work and hands-on execution, and who wants to grow their skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

This person will primarily support the team and will also assist with straightforward execution tasks for partner organizations when needed.

• Create graphics using Canva (primary tool) and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or similar)
• Produce flyers, signage, name badges, social media graphics, and marketing templates
• Assist with branding campaigns, social media initiatives, and marketing materials
• Support the development of a basic website and digital assets
• Prepare files for print and digital distribution

• Complete simple, high-priority tasks to support the marketing team
• Assist with project coordination and timelines
• Help keep files, templates, and materials organized

• Manage in-house signage production and setup
• Prepare name badges, printed materials, and marketing collateral
• Support administrative and logistical tasks related to marketing and events
• Fast-paced, collaborative, and creative

• Approximately 20 hours per week
• Minimum 10 hours per week in the office
• Remaining hours may be remote
• Summer months may require additional in-office time

• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or similar tools)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to take direction and execute tasks efficiently
• Works well with others and communicates clearly
• Positive attitude and professional presence
• Local to Dallas and able to work in the office weekly

Preferred but not required:

• Experience with print production or signage
• Experience supporting marketing or social media teams

$25–$30 per hour
