Entry Level Marketing Admin Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will support the marketing department in executing campaigns, managing content, and coordinating events to help drive brand awareness and business growth.

• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and strategies.
• Coordinate and manage social media accounts, including content creation and scheduling.
• Support the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, and presentations.
• Help organize promotional events.
• Maintain and update the marketing database and CRM systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing projects.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing reports, tracking budgets, and managing calendars.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in marketing or a related role is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
