We’re looking for someone who understands the bodybuilding lifestyle, knows how to create compelling content that converts, and can build a cohesive brand presence across digital channels.

- Develop and oversee social media strategy, content planning, and campaign execution
- Direct creative production for product launches, athlete campaigns, paid ads, and brand storytelling
- Collaborate with marketing, influencers, athletes, photographers, videographers, and designers
- Oversee graphic design, packaging concepts, website visuals, email campaigns, and digital assets
- Create content strategies that drive engagement, community growth, and conversions
- Analyze trends within fitness, bodybuilding, supplements, and consumer behavior to keep the brand ahead of the curve
- Help scale the brand during a major growth phase with multiple new product releases planned
- Experience in creative direction, brand marketing, or content leadership within fitness, supplements, apparel, or lifestyle brands
- Deep understanding of bodybuilding culture, fitness audiences, and social media trends
- Strong eye for branding, design, storytelling, and visual identity
- Experience leading campaigns across Instagram, Tik Tok, You Tube, paid social, and e‑commerce platforms
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced startup or growth‑oriented environment
- Knowledge of content performance metrics, engagement strategy, and brand positioning
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Background in sports nutrition, supplements, fitness apparel, or athlete‑driven brands
- Experience working with influencers, ambassadors, and sponsored athletes
- Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar creative tools
- Experience scaling consumer brands through organic and paid media strategies
