This role focuses on building brand awareness, driving engagement, and leveraging analytics to refine campaigns and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

• Design and implement long-term social media plans tailored to platform-specific goals.
• Integrate Hub Spot for campaign planning, lead tracking, and nurturing engagement.
• Collaborate with teams through Asana to align social content with broader marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate with designers and copywriters to create visually compelling, on-brand posts.
• Use Sprout Social to schedule, monitor, and adjust content for optimal reach and engagement.
• Develop platform-specific content strategies for Instagram, Facebook, Linked In, Twitter, and Tik Tok.
• Respond promptly to comments and messages, ensuring positive audience interactions.
• Monitor social sentiment and report community feedback through Hub Spot dashboards.
• Launch and track paid social media campaigns using Sprout Social and Hub Spot integration.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media with overall event promotions and brand initiatives.
• Generate detailed reports using Sprout Social and Hub Spot, analyzing metrics like engagement, CTR, and ROI.
• Present data-driven recommendations to optimize future strategies.
• Stay updated on emerging social media trends, algorithm changes, and competitor activity.
• Propose creative strategies to capitalize on industry trends.

• Advanced knowledge of Hub Spot for campaign planning and analytics.
• Proficiency in Asana for task and project management.
• Expertise with Sprout Social for scheduling, monitoring, and reporting.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
• Strong creative and analytical abilities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 3-5 years of hands‑on social media management experience.
• Proven track record of building and growing social media audiences.
