We are looking for a Product & Market Intelligence Specialist to support product research, market feedback collection, and competitive analysis within a fast-moving regulated adult consumer goods category.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly curious, fast-learning, detail-oriented, and able to turn scattered market information into clear, structured, and logical product insights. The position will focus primarily on online research, consumer feedback monitoring, competitor tracking, and product report preparation.

The ideal candidate should have either strong learning ability or relevant industry/category exposure. Candidates with both will be highly preferred.

• Monitor market trends, consumer feedback, product discussions, brand activities, and competitor movements across online channels.
• Collect and organize information from websites, product review platforms, brand communities, social media, online groups, and other relevant market sources.
• Identify useful product feedback, market signals, consumer preferences, and potential category opportunities.
• Prepare structured product research reports with clear logic, analysis, and actionable insights.
• Track new product launches, packaging changes, feature updates, pricing movements, and promotional activities within the category.
• Support the product team in evaluating product performance, market positioning, and future product opportunities.
• Communicate findings clearly to internal stakeholders and assist with product-related decision-making.
• Attend selected trade shows or industry events when needed, approximately 2–3 times per year.

• Strong learning ability and curiosity toward consumer products, market trends, and product research.
• Strong sense for product analysis, consumer behavior, and market feedback.
• Ability to collect, filter, organize, and summarize information from multiple online sources.
• Good logical thinking and written reporting skills.
• Outgoing, sharp, communicative, and comfortable interacting with internal teams.
• Professional English communication skills required; native-level English is not required.
• Mandarin Chinese proficiency is strongly preferred, especially for monitoring Chinese-language market sources and communicating with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with regulated consumer goods, adult consumer products, lifestyle products, or fast-moving consumer categories is preferred.
• Short-term experience in field marketing, sales support, market research, product research, or brand promotion is a plus.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. The company is unable to provide visa sponsorship for this role.
