Business Development Manager – Real Estate

A highly respected Dallas law firm is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to support its Real Estate practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a strategic marketing and business development professional who enjoys partnering with attorneys to drive client growth and practice development.

• Develop and execute business development and marketing strategies for the Real Estate practice
• Partner with attorneys on client development, pitches, RFPs, and presentations
• Lead practice group meetings and coach attorneys on business development initiatives
• Conduct market research and competitive intelligence
• Manage awards submissions, rankings, public relations, and thought leadership opportunities
• Collaborate on firmwide marketing initiatives and cross-office projects

• 5+ years of marketing and/or business development experience in a corporate law firm, AEC firm, or other professional services environment
• Strong strategic planning, project management, and relationship-building skills
• Exceptional writing, communication, and presentation abilities
• Experience with CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and social media strategies preferred
