The Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for leading marketing and business development efforts for a designated office. This role works closely with office leadership and regional marketing teams to drive growth, strengthen client relationships, and enhance market presence.

• Create and implement a localized marketing and business development plan aligned with broader firm objectives.
• Identify priority practice areas and market opportunities; develop campaigns, events, and thought leadership initiatives to support them.
• Oversee the office marketing budget, ensuring efficient and strategic use of resources.
• Establish and manage relationships with external organizations, including industry groups, community partners, and academic institutions.
• Plan and execute client-facing events, sponsor ships, and networking opportunities that generate visibility and leads.
• Collaborate with internal teams on proposals, client outreach, and targeted marketing efforts.
• Maintain knowledge of key clients, prospects, and competitors to inform strategy.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of marketing materials, including website content and attorney profiles.
• Support integration of new hires through coordinated onboarding and marketing efforts.
• Monitor performance metrics, including ROI and engagement outcomes, and adjust strategies accordingly.

• Bachelor’s degree required; experience in a law firm or professional services environment preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in marketing, business development, or event management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and budgets effectively.
