Join the CUDDLY team and help pet parents discover a pet food brand that gives back. Every bag of CUDDLY helps feed shelter pets, and you'll be the person bringing that story to life at Walmart stores and pet adoption events.

This isn't a stocking shelves job.

It's a people job.

You'll spend your weekends meeting pet lovers, supporting local shelters and rescues, helping families find the right food for their pets, and representing a mission-driven brand that's making a real impact.

Compensation:

Starting Pay: $25–30/hour + performance bonuses

CUDDLY helps animal rescues and shelters raise funds, collect supplies, and provide lifesaving care for pets in need. Through our fundraising platform, subscription programs, and CUDDLY Food, we connect hundreds of thousands of animal lovers with opportunities to make a real difference while generating millions of dollars annually in support of animal welfare.
