Beyond creating beautiful design, this role will help improve the way our creative team works by developing scalable design systems, implementing AI-powered tools and automation, and building workflows that increase production efficiency without sacrificing quality. The ideal candidate is equal parts designer, visual merchandiser, and creative problem solver who is passionate about creating customer experiences that drive engagement and conversion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the visual presentation of the Gameday Couture and ShopTheSOHO ecommerce experience by designing homepage hero banners, collection landing pages, promotional graphics, and seasonal campaigns across desktop and mobile. You'll partner with the Ecommerce and Marketing teams to create conversion-focused experiences that strengthen merchandising, storytelling, and the overall customer journey.
Email Marketing Design
  • Create engaging email graphics that support our ecommerce marketing strategy while maintaining strong brand consistency. You'll design promotional emails, collection launches, product spotlights, automated lifecycle campaigns, and seasonal marketing initiatives within Klaviyo.
  • Beyond designing individual campaigns, you'll help establish reusable templates and design systems that allow our team to produce high-quality emails more efficiently. You'll also collaborate with the Email Marketing team on A/B testing creative concepts and continuously refine graphics based on campaign performance and customer engagement.
Paid Social & Digital Advertising
  • Design static, motion, and video creative for Meta, Pinterest, Google, and other paid channels. Work with the Paid Media team to develop creative variations, monitor advertising trends, and continuously improve assets using campaign performance insights.
Product Image Production & Retouching
  • Prepare ecommerce-ready product imagery through professional retouching, color correction, compositing, and production preparation. Organize PSD files, optimize assets for web, and support Photoshop automation workflows that improve production efficiency across large product launches.
Marketing Graphics & Brand Assets
  • Design digital and print assets that support marketing initiatives across social media, SMS, website promotions, packaging, retail collateral, events, presentations, and trade shows. Every asset should reinforce a cohesive brand identity while supporting campaign objectives.
Creative Workflow & Process Improvement
  • Help improve how creative work gets done by developing reusable templates, organizing digital assets, standardizing production workflows, and identifying opportunities to automate repetitive tasks. You'll also help evaluate emerging AI tools and technologies that improve efficiency while maintaining Gameday Couture's creative standards.
  • Work closely with Creative, Photography, Marketing, Ecommerce, Paid Media, and Product Development teams to bring campaigns to life. You'll manage multiple priorities, communicate effectively, contribute creative ideas, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
