Marketing Assistant – Temporary Role

• Assist with day-to-day marketing activities, project tracking, and administrative tasks.
• Support marketing campaign execution and activation.
• Coordinate promotional product vendor relationships and manage quality or shipping issues.
• Provide logistical support for events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
• Create marketing collateral including flyers, presentations, and promotional materials.
• Assist with content creation for social media and internal news stories.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the marketing team.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or related field preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience (or strong internships) in marketing, journalism communications, or a related field.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).

Demonstrates strong capabilities in marketing campaign execution, content creation, and project coordination. Proficient in managing vendor relationships and providing logistical support for events and promotional activities.
