Job Description
Executes the technical configuration of campaigns and customer journeys within Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), supporting content implementation through Knak and other production tools. This role works from approved requirements and architectural designs to deliver campaign builds, configure journeys, support testing, and ensure deployment readiness across email, SMS, and push channels.
Key Responsibilities- Build campaigns across channels:
Email, SMS, push, in-app, third-party integrations - Configure segments, triggers, workflows, and message payloads across channels
- Assemble content using Knak templates, modular content systems, and HTML where required
- Follow strict build standards, naming conventions, and templates
- Adobe Journey Optimizer experience
- Hands‑on Knak experience
- Marketing automation experience
- Campaign execution experience
- Understanding of customer journey concepts
- HTML and CSS expertise
- Prior Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) experience
- Adobe Experience Platform exposure
- Dynamic content and personalization experience
