TikTok Shop Creator Lead

Tik Tok Shop doesn't run on ads alone, it runs on the right creators saying the right thing at the right moment. We're looking for someone who knows how to find them, sign them, and turn that into sales, specifically within the creator ecosystem.

What You'll Do:

• Identify, recruit, and onboard Tik Tok Shop creators and affiliates across relevant niches
• Build and maintain strong creator relationships that turn into long term collaboration
• Negotiate commission structures, gifting, and paid partnership terms in line with US market rates
• Track creator performance, content output, and sales conversion
• Coordinate content briefs, product seeding, and campaign timelines with US creators
• Stay ahead of Tik Tok Shop US trends, algorithm shifts, and creator community dynamics
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align creator campaigns with broader US brand goals

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in creator or influencer outreach, ideally on Tik Tok Shop or Amazon Influencer Program
• Strong understanding of the creator landscape and affiliate marketing structures
• Excellent relationship building and negotiation skills
• Data-driven mindset, comfortable tracking ROI and creator performance metrics
• Self starter who can manage a high volume of creator relationships independently
• Based in the United States or able to work on site
