Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Director to join our team at Avir at White Rock. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing marketing programs to support our organizational objectives. Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and implement marketing programs to support organizational objectives
- Develop and implement strategies for social media platforms
- Research, design, and develop marketing materials and monitor production and distribution of marketing materials
- Liaise and correspond with outside vendors, suppliers, public relations, and media contacts
- Prepare press and media releases and prepare and conduct product presentations
- Execute direct marketing campaigns and coordinate and participate in marketing events
- Update company website and social media tools
- Oversee loyalty and rewards programs
- Monitor competitive activity and market trends and assess customer feedback
- Maintain customer information via marketing database and CRM system
- Collect and analyze data to prepare marketing reports
- Track, coordinate, and assemble data to measure outcomes of marketing programs
- Communicate with sales and production regarding product and pricing changes
- Maintain promotional materials inventory
- Maintain archive of marketing materials
- Ensure marketing activities comply with state and federal regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Customer service, marketing, or sales experience
- Proficient in the principles of marketing and knowledge of marketing tools and techniques
- Proficient in relevant computer applications
- Proficient in social media marketing
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience with Nursing Homes
- Ability to move intermittently throughout the workday
- Ability to remain calm under stress
- Ability to function independently, have flexibility, personal integrity, and the ability to work effectively with residents, personnel, and support agencies
