Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex for a Personal Assistant & Social Media Coordinator. Responsibilities include providing administrative support to the founder, Caitlin, both personally and professionally, coordinating schedules, organizing events, and managing communications on behalf of Caitlin. In addition to the assistant duties, the role includes creating and managing social media content: this includes actually capturing and executing social media content for use across Meta/Tik Tok and managing the Shop My and LTK platforms.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• Ability to multi-task and create prioritization hierarchy without getting overwhelmed
• Deep experience creating content for social media platforms, namely Instagram & Tik Tok
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to process and work efficiently
• Proficiency in Shop My and LTK is a must
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• Knowledge of design, branding, or interior design industry is beneficial though not necessary
