Program Overview

The PMG Graduate Leadership Program (GLP) is a full‑time, hands‑on leadership development program for recent graduates. It provides immersive training, hands‑on projects, and direct job shadowing with industry experts to develop design, storytelling, and innovative content creation skills.

The creative track offers career opportunities focused on shaping the future of the industry by working across strategy, media, data, and technology to build brands through “Inspired Creative that Works.” Training covers brand building, technology and creative intersection, creative strategy, production, and media‑right creative.

This Role Is Best Suited For Those Interested In
  • Translating strategic briefs into coherent advertising concepts and executions
  • Developing design systems for campaign concepts and creative executions
  • Supporting the design process and executing various creative design projects
  • Collaborating with writers, developers and other designers to ensure design consistency and brand alignment
  • Participating in brainstorming sessions and contributing to content strategies and advertising campaigns
  • Building and iterating design concepts through final finish and production
  • Translating creative briefs to ensure creative fit based on business objectives
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree completed between Fall 2026 and Spring 2027
  • Area of study: graphic design, communication design, or related field
  • Relevant professional work or internship experience in advertising or graphic design, with a portfolio of brand work and/or advertising ideas across multiple media channels
  • Expertise in color theory, brand identity, typography, user behavior, visual storytelling, and conceptual thinking
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Keynote and related design software

Location

The program will be hosted in PMG’s Dallas, Texas office at The Link Uptown. All GLP hires work in person from the Dallas office.
