Marketing Representative

We re looking for an organized, energetic Marketing Representative to help grow our client s agency relationships and support our client s marketing efforts. If you enjoy planning events, traveling, building relationships, and working in a collaborative environment, we d love to hear from you.

• Coordinate and attend 10–14 conferences each year, including travel, registration, booth setup, and logistics.
• Promote our products and services to prospective agents and members.
• Prepare and maintain marketing materials, promotional items, and conference displays.
• Plan dinners, networking events, and other marketing functions.
• Coordinate holiday and recognition gifts for employees, agents, trustees, and board members.
• Arrange travel for the Director of Marketing and other team members.
• Assist with email, direct mail, and phone marketing campaigns.
• Provide day-to-day support for the Marketing Department.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Professional, customer-focused attitude.
• Experience with event planning, marketing, sales, or customer service is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel throughout the year.
