E-Commerce & Content Assistant; Part-Time

SASSYSOWHAT is a Dallas-based vintage fashion and e-commerce business specializing in curated designer fashion. The right candidate is organized, creative, detail-oriented, and able to help drive sales growth through listings, polished brand presentation, and customer engagement. This is an ideal role for a recent grad or current student interested in fashion, content creation, e-commerce, marketing, or merchandising.

The part-time schedule is flexible, with the potential to work hybrid after 30 days or as business needs change. Some weekday availability is required and is best for someone based in Dallas.

• Assist with product photography and content creation
• Upload products, photos, descriptions, and other information to our website
• Package and prepare customer orders for shipment
• Organize products, packaging materials, and inventory
• Pick up and drop off inventory between our office and local retail partner
• Assist with merchandising and occasional brand projects or events
• Create social media and other visual content deliverables based on provided brand direction

• Strong visual sense and interest in fashion, vintage, or luxury goods
• Comfortable creating social media content and simple graphics
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• Reliable and comfortable balancing creative and operational tasks
• Familiarity with Canva and social media platforms
• E-commerce or Squarespace experience is a plus, but not required
• Must have reliable transportation and be comfortable making local inventory pickups/drop-offs

• Interest in vintage or designer fashion
• Experience with Poshmark, eBay, Depop, or Mercari
• Photography or editing experience

• Build portfolio-ready content and creative work

This is a paid, part-time, in-person position in Dallas with approximately 8-15 hours per week. Scheduling can be flexible around a student's class schedule. Mileage for required business-related travel, including inventory pickups and drop-offs, will be reimbursed.
