Card Programs & Partnerships Manager-Onsite OKC or Dallas, TX
We are seeking a local candidate for this role either in the OKC or Dallas, TX area!
Hybrid Schedule Requirements:
In office 4 days a week
Compensation will be based on experience with annual bonus opportunities
The Card Programs & Partnerships Manager owns the growth and performance of B.I.G.'s consumer financial products — The Bullion Card portfolio (standard Blue card and the premium Gold Edition card), the One Gold Card, and a growing pipeline of gold-backed banking, lending, and other financial partnerships. This is a hybrid role: part growth manager, part analyst, and part relationship manager. Partnering with our Shared Service Marketing team to drive demand, you will own cardholder growth strategy, the data and reporting that measure portfolio health, and the external partners — issuers, networks, program managers and others — that bring these products to market.
You will work as an early adopter of AI, using it to move faster and sharpen decisions across analysis, reporting, and go-to-market. Reporting to the Sr. Director, Card Programs & Partnerships, you will operate as a hands-on individual contributor with broad ownership as we scale a new category for the company.
YOUR IMPACT
Growth
• Own the growth strategy and priorities for The Bullion Card portfolio (standard Blue card and the premium Gold Edition card) and the One Gold Card, partnering with Shared Service Marketing to drive acquisition, activation, and engagement and to grow active cards and cardholder spend.
• Brief and collaborate with Shared Service Marketing (performance, creative, content, and lifecycle) to build and execute the card marketing calendar — offers, rewards promotions, and lifecycle campaigns — including cross-sell into the broader B.I.G. customer base.
• Use AI tools to draft, personalize, and test offers and lifecycle content more quickly, in partnership with Shared Service Marketing.
• Partner with product, finance, and Shared Service Marketing to launch new card features, tiers, and financial products.
• Identify, size, and prioritize expansion opportunities into gold-backed banking, lending, and adjacent financial services.
Analytics
• Own the KPIs and reporting for the card portfolio — new accounts, activation rate, active cards, spend, interchange, retention/attrition, and program-level P&L contribution.
• Build models and dashboards that track unit economics (acquisition cost, lifetime value, reward liability) to inform pricing, offer, and investment decisions.
• Leverage AI and analytics copilots to accelerate data preparation, analysis, and competitive research, and build repeatable, AI-enabled workflows the team can reuse.
• Translate data into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership, and monitor competitive card and fintech offerings to adjust plans.
• Support forecasting and budgeting for the portfolio and its growth initiatives.
Relationship & Partnership Management
• Manage day-to-day relationships with card issuers, networks, program managers, and financial partners; provide clear direction and hold them accountable to results.
• Serve as the internal point of contact coordinating legal, compliance, finance, product, and marketing stakeholders on partner programs.
• Source, evaluate, and help structure new partnerships that expand the product roadmap (banking, lending, rewards, co-brand).
• Support contract, pricing, and program-term negotiations alongside the Sr. Director.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
You are succeeding in this role when:
• Build working relationships with Shared Service Marketing leads and the external issuer, network, and program partners, and learn how each program runs.
• Develop a working command of The Bullion Card and One Gold card products — their economics, cardholder base, reward structures, and current partner agreements.
• Establish a single source of truth for portfolio reporting and define the core KPIs the role will own (new accounts, activation, active cards, spend, interchange, attrition, and P&L contribution).
• Stand up an initial reporting cadence and dashboard, using AI-assisted workflows to speed data…
