Marketing Specialist

Forward Air is seeking a Marketing Specialist, Social & Events to elevate our brand across North America's fast-paced freight and logistics network. In this role, you'll plan and execute social media campaigns and coordinate in-person and virtual events that showcase our expedited LTL, intermodal, and final mile solutions. Working closely with sales and operations, you'll manage content calendars, event logistics, vendors, and on-site activations.

You'll track performance metrics, optimize engagement, and support a performance-driven culture focused on safety, teamwork, and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote Forward Air services and brand.
• Create, schedule, and analyze content across key social platforms.
• Coordinate in-person and virtual events, trade shows, and sponsor ships.
• Collaborate with sales and operations to align campaigns with business goals.
• Manage event logistics, vendor relationships, and on-site branding.
• Track and report performance metrics for campaigns and events.
• Support development of marketing collateral and presentations.
• Ensure brand consistency and adherence to company guidelines.
