The Field Marketing Specialist plays a critical role in supporting regional business growth by partnering directly with Branch Managers and District Managers to develop and execute local marketing initiatives. This position manages a range of responsibilities including marketing campaign planning, event execution, co-op fund management, and local project coordination — all with the goal of increasing branch-level revenue, customer engagement, and market presence.
EssentialJob Functions
- Serve as the primary marketing contact for assigned branches and districts, managing day-to-day marketing needs and requests.
- Strategize with Branch Managers and District Managers to identify growth opportunities and develop localized marketing campaigns that drive revenue.
- Facilitate regular touchpoints with regional leadership to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
- Plan, execute, and oversee branch-level marketing campaigns, promotions, and events — from inception to reporting.
- Collaborate with the Events team to plan and execute branch and district events, including coordinating promotional materials, vendor relationships, and post-event reporting.
- Assist branches in the management and strategic use of local co-op marketing funds, ensuring programs are executed within budget and compliant with guidelines.
- Manage multiple concurrent marketing projects while balancing competing priorities and deadlines.
- Facilitate internal and external campaign kickoff meetings, monitor project milestones, and ensure timely delivery of all marketing deliverables.
- Compile and present campaign performance reports with clear insights and ROI analysis.
- Stay informed on regional business priorities, competitive activity, and market trends to proactively recommend marketing solutions.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in account management or similar role, preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
