About the RoleThe Senior Director, Media Strategy is a senior leadership role responsible for building modern, insight-driven media strategies that move people and deliver real business results. This is a hybrid role based in Dallas, requiring a few days per week in-office, and offers a salary range of $140,000 to $160,000.
What You’ll Do- Lead culturally relevant, forward-thinking media strategies grounded in data, creativity, and emerging technologies
- Develop integrated, cross-channel media strategies across linear TV, digital, and OOH
- Partner across brand strategy, data, analytics, and other disciplines to create cohesive audience-first plans
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior clients
- Drive growth across existing and new business through strong strategic thinking
- Oversee the full media lifecycle, including planning, investment, and financial management
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing media team
- Stay current on the evolving media landscape and translate trends into client opportunities
- 10+ years of experience in media strategy, planning, or related disciplines
- 5+ years leading teams and managing people
- Proven ability to develop and lead integrated, cross-channel media strategies
- Strong experience across linear TV, digital, and OOH
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into insights
- Strong senior client leadership, presentation, and communication skills
- Experience with upfront negotiations and restricted categories is a plus
