We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Marketing & Communications Assistant to join a growing and dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands‑on experience across a variety of marketing functions, supporting campaigns, digital content, and events while developing their skills in a fast‑paced professional environment.
Day to Day- Provide administrative support to the Marketing Manager
- Assist with social media content, graphics, and marketing campaigns
- Maintain marketing materials, databases, and CRM reports
- Support website updates and internal communications
- Help coordinate events, trade shows, and webinars
- Assist with customer requests and marketing documentation
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field preferred
- 1–2 years of marketing or related experience (internships accepted)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
- Basic understanding of social media and digital marketing
- Positive attitude with ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
