We're on the hunt for an Executive Assistant, Brand & Events, a dynamic professional who will provide dedicated executive support to the GM
- Americas while also contributing to brand elevation through compelling content, industry events, influencer engagement, and brand activations. Your ultimate goal will be to ensure seamless executive support while strengthening our brand presence and visibility in the market.

• Provide dedicated executive support to the GM
  - Americas, including coordination of meetings, schedules, communications, and other administrative requirements as needed.
• Manage the GM's calendar, priorities, meetings, and follow-ups to ensure effective time and schedule management.
• Support the GM with preparation, coordination, and follow-up of meetings, presentations, communications, and other business requirements.
• Craft and refine our brand story, ensuring it resonates with our target audience and stands out in the market.
• Develop and execute brand initiatives and activations to elevate our brand presence and visibility.
• Handle everything from content planning and creation to community engagement and performance analytics.
• Produce high-quality, engaging content in various formats, including blogs,videosand infographics.
• Conceptualize, produce, and manage compelling video content and innovative brand campaigns.
• Participate, plan, organize, and lead industry events &connectsto enhance our brand's presence andestablishthought leadership.
• Select appropriate industry events for participation, organize event logistics, and represent the company at these events.
• Identify and collaborate with key industry influencers to amplify our brand message and build strategic partnerships.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on relevant performance metrics to optimize initiatives and demonstrate campaign success.

• 3-4 years of experience in executive assistance, brand management, events, digital marketing, or related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage executive priorities and brand initiatives simultaneously.
• A creative powerhouse with a proven track record of successful campaigns, content creation, or brand activations.
• Ability to think strategically and execute with precision.
• Stellar written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong event planning, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO tools).
• An undeniable passion for branding, content creation, events, and building strong brand experiences.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
