Mary Kay University is our
10-week summer internship program designed to give undergraduate and graduate students meaningful, real-world experience across a variety of business functions. Your ideas matter here. Minimum Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate or master's degree and enrolled in an accredited university program at the time of application (full-time undergraduate or part-time/full-time graduate students). Rising juniors and seniors preferred.
• Preferred Degrees:
  Public Affairs, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or similar

• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Passion for storytelling, content creation, and content review
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Knowledge of social media platforms and trends
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Creative, collaborative, and eager to learn
• Interest in communications, public relations, or social impact
• Experience with content creation, media relations, or public relations (preferred, not required)
• We offer a 10-week internship from late June to Mid-August.
• All our internships are paid, starting at $20/hour.
• Our internships are Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, and require an in-office presence 4-5 days per week.
• Our internships arelocatedat our Global Headquarters in Addison, TX or our Manufacturing/ R&D Facility in Lewisville, TX.
