Interested in business and marketing, but need somewhere to actually gain experience?

Toro Marketing Group is expanding our Dallas team and looking for individuals interested in developing real-world experience in marketing, business, communication, and leadership
.

This is an entry-level position. We don't expect you to already know everything—we provide hands‑on training and ongoing mentorship.

Our Marketing Associates work directly within business‑to‑business marketing campaigns representing nationally recognized Fortune 500 brands and companies such as T‑Mobile, Chime, and Hello Fresh
.

You’ll gain experience in:

• Business‑to‑business marketing
• Brand representation and customer acquisition
• Market research and understanding customer needs
• Professional communication and presentations
• Relationship building with business owners
• Campaign execution and performance
• Leadership and team development

This isn't a position where you'll spend your day behind a desk watching someone else do the work. You'll receive training and then apply what you're learning in real business environments.

We're open to recent graduates, career changers, and people without previous marketing experience

Everyone starts by learning the fundamentals of our marketing campaigns and how we represent our clients.

From there, individuals who demonstrate consistency and leadership can take on additional responsibilities involving training, campaign management, team development, and market expansion

As our organization continues to grow, we're looking for people who have an interest in eventually helping us develop teams and expand campaigns into additional markets
.
