Social Media & Community Associate (Part-Time / Internship)

We’re a leading marketplace dedicated to trading card games—Pokémon, MTG, Lorcana, and more—used by millions of collectors to buy, sell, and showcase their collections. Our operations team powers the logistics that ensure trading cards and collectibles move quickly and safely between sellers and collectors. We grew almost 30x last year, and we aren't slowing down.

You'll work with our world-class in-house creators, including Leonhart and Powdr TCG, to get compelling content in front of more people. They make it. You get it out the door, in the right places, at the right times, with the right words around it.

You don't need to be a creator yourself. You need to be the person who knows what to post, when to post it, and what to say back when a hundred people reply. That means running the calendar, writing the captions, and working the comments, DMs, and Discord.

This is an early-career role, and we expect it to be someone's first or second job. What matters is that you're genuinely native to the internet and already know the TCG corner of it. You know why a video took off before anyone explains it, you follow the accounts worth following, and you have opinions about which ones are good. If you're still finishing school and can commit to the hours, that works too.

The other half of the job is the unglamorous half. Posts go out on time, threads get answered, promises get kept. We need both.

First 90 days:

• Posting five days a week on Tik Tok and Instagram, with a live calendar written ahead of time
• Creator content is out the door within a day of us getting it
• Comments and DMs answered daily in a voice that sounds like a collector, not a brand
• You know our accounts' numbers and can say what moved and why

By end of year one:

• Every drop and product launch has a post plan you built and ran
• We're a presence in the places collectors hang out, not just on our own feeds
• Our reply game is part of why people follow us

• Post consistently across Tik Tok and Instagram, with X and You Tube Shorts as we scale
• Write captions, hooks, and replies that sound like one of us
• Work the comments, DMs, Discord, and Reddit
• Watch what's happening in TCG internet and flag anything we should jump on the same day
• Coordinate with our creators on timing and what goes out when
• Pitch post ideas. The good ones get made
• Send a short weekly recap of what performed and why

• You're extremely online in a way that's useful, not just a habit
• You know the TCG space: the products, the drama, the accounts, the language
• You can write. Captions, hooks, replies, all of it
• You have taste. You can look at a piece of content and know what to do with it
• You hit deadlines and answer messages. Talent without follow-through won't work here
• Formal experience is optional. Current students welcome

Bonus points if you've run an account of your own, for a brand, a hobby, or yourself.

• You'll work directly with Leonhart and Powdr TCG, not three layers away from them
• Hours flex around your class schedule, and we can work with your school if you need credit
• Small team, so your ideas get made instead of sitting in a deck
• This can grow into more hours or a full-time seat if it goes well
