Cloud marketing leader, you’ll support the marketing team across content, events, presentations, and marketing operations while gaining exposure to a wide variety of marketing disciplines.
We’re looking for someone who communicates clearly, takes ownership, and is comfortable rolling up their sleeves to help others execute. You’ll be a great fit if you like variety, enjoy creating compelling PowerPoint presentations, and are energized by coordinating the details that make events such as trade shows, webinars, and in‑person events run smoothly.
ResponsibilitiesYou’ll support the marketing team in the planning, coordination, execution, and measurement of marketing initiatives, including:
- Coordinate marketing projects, calendars, and requests to keep priorities organized and on track.
- Coordinate logistics for trade shows, webinars, round tables, and other events, including planning details, vendor support, communications, materials shipping, tracking, and follow-up.
- Help maintain website content and support digital marketing activities across key channels.
- Create and update marketing materials, including polished PowerPoint presentations, Linked In posts, blog content, collateral, and sales enablement assets.
- Organize marketing files, templates, documentation, and asset inventories so resources are easy to find and use.
- Assist with vendor coordination, invoice processing, budget tracking, and administration of Microsoft MDF and Coop Funds.
- Partner with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to support smooth communication, coordination, and hands‑on execution.
- Track campaign performance, summarize results, and identify insights that can improve future marketing efforts.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 3-5 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in a technology, SaaS, or professional services environment.
- Experience with CRM and CMS platforms such as Salesforce and Word Press.
- Experience using design and social media tools such as Canva, Linked In and Sprout Social.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint, along with Office 365, Teams, Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
- Self‑motivated, highly organized, and task‑oriented, with the ability to prioritize work, manage deadlines, and follow through on details.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate professionally across teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Creative mindset with an interest in developing visually clear, engaging presentations and marketing materials.
- Interest in coordinating event logistics and managing the details that help trade shows, webinars, round tables, golf outings, and similar programs run smoothly.
