Senior Content Marketing Manager

About the Role

We want people to say “Marvin always has great content,” and we’re looking for the content leader who will take pride in being the person responsible for that claim. As Senior Content Marketing Manager, you’ll own our content strategy and editorial voice end-to-end: tentpole signature pieces, an outstanding resource library of articles, category-leading thought leadership,events programming that makes every invitee have FOMO, and our social media channels that help us amplify all of it effectively.

You’ll help define Marvin’s distinctive voice and point of view, build a content engine that scales across formats and channels, curate programming so content voice extends seamlessly into our virtual and live events, hold the line on exceptional quality, and ensure everything you’re creating contributes to marketing performance at the end of the day.

• Content strategy. Craft a content strategy tied to brand, audience, and market opportunity.
• Content engine. Build a scalable production process across formats, channels, and personas so content output isn’t a bottleneck as our needs grow.
• Signature content. Deliver high-impact content assets per quarter (flagship reports, studies, long-form ebooks) that set us apart from our competitors.
• SEO/AEO focus. Scale our growing resource library of authoritative articles organized around our core buyers’ questions and challenges, driving better traffic and conversion through SEO and AEO.
• Social content. Drive the engagement around our brand and our executives on Linked In where many readers meet the Marvin brand for the first time.
• Reporting. Set content KPIs for all our content initiatives, and be comfortable reporting back on content’s impact.

• 7+ years of B2B content marketing experience with a portfolio of owned content programs.
• A high level of autonomy; you are the driver and you’re confident managing projects despite ambiguity.
• Experience owning a content strategy end-to-end, from ideation and production through distribution and reporting.
• Experience building and managing a content production engine, including workflows, timelines, and cross-channel output.
• Hands-on knowledge of SEO and AEO best practices, including planning, structuring content for performance, working with vendors, and tracking results.
• Provable ownership of social media channels and authoring executive thought leadership.
• Experience setting up and reporting on KPIs and outcomes, including how content contributes to pipeline.
• Travel: If applicable.

• B2B SaaS marketing experience.
• Subject matter expertise in our market, creating content for research, design, and product leaders.
• Experience working tools like Webflow, Asana, and Hubspot.
• Can leverage AI workflows to scale content output and team impact.

This is a high-impact, high-visibility role where you will directly influence our company’s revenue growth and customer success. You will be the go-to expert who defines how our customers and internal teams understand and use our product.

The Base Salary range for this position is $145,000 - $175,000annually. Final offers will be determined with factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This role is eligible for benefits.
