Cold Email Deliverability Specialist

Basilio builds outbound engines that book qualified meetings across email, Linked In, and SDR calling into target accounts.

As a Cold Email Deliverability Specialist at Basilio Inc, you keep outbound landing in the inbox  sit inside the Outbound & Lead Generation team, own your results, and are measured on what you move, not hours logged.

Basilio Inc is a growth and marketing company that builds and runs brands across Amazon, Walmart, Tik Tok Shop, and the open web. We hire operators, train them on proven systems, and give them real accounts to run. This is a remote-first, outcome-owned role for someone who wants to do the best work of their career on brands that are actually scaling.

• Set up and maintain domains, inboxes, and warmup for cold outreach
• Protect deliverability across authentication, reputation, and sending patterns
• Diagnose and fix inbox placement issues fast
• Scale sending without burning domains
• Keep CRM and sequence data clean so nothing slips
• Test messaging, channels, and lists and scale what converts
• Protect sender reputation and stay compliant across every outbound channel

• Move your core metrics: inbox placement rate and domain and inbox health
• Hands‑on execution in deliverability and warmup tools, DNS and email auth, sequencing platforms
• Sync with account executives, marketing, and Rev Ops and report progress

• First 30 to 60 days: you are fully ramped on your accounts and tools and already moving inbox placement rate
• Ongoing: you consistently hit target on inbox placement rate and domain and inbox health
• You leave every account, campaign, or project measurably better than you found it

• AI fluency: strong prompting and sound judgment on when to trust or override a model (required)
• Ownership: you run your lane end to end and are measured on the outcome

Bachelor's degree in a technical, marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.

2 to 4 years in email deliverability or outbound infrastructure.

You work alongside account executives, marketing, and Rev Ops who convert the pipeline you build. You report to your department lead and partner directly with account teams and, where the role calls for it, clients.

AI experience is required for this role. You are fluent with ChatGPT (OpenAI) and Claude (Anthropic), comfortable running models through Open Router and open models such as Qwen, and you write clear, effective prompts. Most of the work at Basilio Inc is AI-augmented, so you use AI to work faster and sharper every day while owning the judgment, accuracy, and final result yourself.

Use AI for research, personalization, copy variation, and enrichment  keep outreach human and compliant, verify data, and own deliverability and message quality.

Clear path from Specialist to Senior Specialist to Manager and Lead as you show consistent results, with training through the Basilio Academy along the way.
