We're partnering with a growing multifamily organization seeking a creative, detail-oriented Creative Services Specialist to support branding, digital marketing, website management, and creative production across a portfolio of multifamily communities. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative professional who enjoys taking projects from concept to execution while balancing design, branding, digital content, and marketing initiatives.
What You'll Do- Develop logos, brand identities, and visual concepts for new communities and marketing initiatives
- Create and maintain print and digital marketing collateral, including brochures, business cards, signage, promotional materials, and other branded assets
- Design and update property websites, ensuring brand consistency and strong user experience
- Create social media graphics, templates, and short-form content, including Reels and other digital assets
- Assist with video content, basic motion graphics, and visual storytelling projects
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and property teams to execute creative initiatives
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards
- Ensure all creative work aligns with established brand standards and marketing objectives
- 2-4 years of graphic design, creative services, or marketing design experience
- Required experience within the multifamily industry
- Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Experience creating both print and digital marketing materials
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Experience with website content management and updates
- Familiarity with Yardi, Rent Cafe, Site Manager, or similar multifamily marketing platforms preferred
- Experience creating social media content and short-form video
- Understanding of typography, layout, branding, color theory, and visual hierarchy
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
- Experience with Canva or similar creative platforms
- Basic video editing and motion graphics experience
- Knowledge of SEO and website best practices
- Experience preparing files for print production
- Experience creating animated assets, transitions, or simple motion graphics
