Marketing Specialist

## Description Megatel Homes is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Marketing Specialist who excels at managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and solutions-oriented, with strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments. This role provides essential support to the Marketing Manager, the broader Marketing team, and cross-functional partners throughout the organization.

The Marketing Specialist will help ensure the smooth execution of marketing initiatives that strengthen the Megatel brand and support sales efforts across all communities.
** Responsibilities:
** 1. Provide administrative and operational support to the Marketing Manager.
2. Support the Marketing and Sales teams with ongoing initiatives and ad-hoc requests.
3. Source, price, and order marketing materials from approved vendors.
4. Manage, maintain, and replenish inventory of marketing collateral.
5. Learn and become proficient with company and industry software tools.
6. Update the company website, marketing materials, and field assets with required changes.
7. Monitor the marketing inbox and route communications to appropriate team members.
8. Forward incoming leads to the appropriate sales representatives.
9. Assist with the creation, scheduling, and execution of social media content across multiple platforms.
10. Support the development and execution of marketing initiatives and campaigns.
11. Coordinate and schedule photoshoots; organize and update photo assets as directed.
12. Assemble warranty packets and other printed materials.
13. Conduct periodic audits of marketing materials and assets.
14. Assist with planning and executing company-led events.

*** 2-3 years of experience and/or education in marketing or related fields.
* Experience in the new homebuilding industry (optional based on your preference).
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and social media platforms.
* Strong written and verbal communications skills.
* Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
* Ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
* Capable of managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills; must be a team player.
* Portfolio required.
