Development & Events Project Manager

In collaboration with the Retina Foundation, KG Workforce Solutions is seeking a Development & Events Project Manager
. This role will help execute mission‑critical fundraising efforts in Dallas, Texas for an innovative non‑profit organization at the forefront of world‑class research and scientific expansion.

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, or a related field, plus seven (7) years of relevant non‑profit experience, or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Experience in event planning, project management, fundraising events, philanthropic services, donor engagement, or development operations.
• Demonstrated experience working with high‑net‑worth donors, major donors, sponsors, and corporate partners.
• Operationally minded, with strong analytical skills and comfort using data, reports, and donor management systems.
• Ability to translate complex scientific or technical information into clear, engaging messages for general audiences.
• A resilient, resourceful, and adaptable mindset.

• Master’s degree in an applicable field of study.
• Major gifts and capital campaign experience.
• Education or experience in life sciences.
• Email marketing platform experience.

Work Location:

Work Parameters:
Full‑time, 40 hours per week, limited nights and weekends for events.
