As a Donation Door Attendant Volunteer, you are the first point of contact for donors, ensuring their experience is welcoming, efficient, and reflective of the mission of White Rock Center of Hope.
- Greeting donors warmly and assisting them with unloading donations.
- Sorting incoming donations into appropriate categories, such as clothing, household items, or electronics.
- Inspecting items to ensure they meet donation guidelines and directing any inappropriate items to designated areas for disposal.
- Providing tax receipts to donors upon request and answering basic questions about donations.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe donation area.
- Representing White Rock Center of Hope in a friendly and professional manner to encourage ongoing donor support.
