** Duties/Responsibilities
*** Oversee the organizational operations of the Volunteer Services Department
* Support and supervise the Volunteer Services staff: educates, trains, and collaborates with staff on all projects; oversees the staff implementation of projects, and collaborates with Frisco Liaison
* Support the Volunteer Executive Committee: develop volunteer leadership
* Support the Wish List Committee fundraising, coordinate with the Development team regarding donated items, and manage the yearly process of grant requests and awards
* Determine volunteer recruitment initiatives and onboarding standards, and yearly volunteer training to meet Joint Commission requirements
* Oversee the weekly Volunteer Newsletter
* Prepare and monitor the department’s budget
* Oversee the volunteer recognition programs# Required Skills/Abilities
* Bachelor's degree in related field required
